Charity Events 2018
It's been quite a year for our fundraising in 2018, we have raised money for Northants Young Carers, Friends of the Tenth and Dan Ashcroft has been growing a moustache to raise awareness and funds for Movember! (Final total raised TBC!)
A HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated and supported us in these fund raising efforts, you have all been very generous and every penny has been appreciated!
Amazingly, for our main charity that we spent 2018 fundraising for (Northants Young Carers) we were able to take advantage of The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2018 which doubles donations through match funding. In holding back our donation until the time period Tues 27th November - Tuesday 4th December we were able to DOUBLE our original amount of £1,914.41!! If you would like to add to this amount or other participating charities, head over to their page HERE and your donations will be matched - don't forget to click Gift Aid if you're eligible! It's only for a limited time period so act fast!
In October/November, the Pytchley Potters held an exhibition of hand made ceramic poppies and other items raising money for Friends of the Tenth who are committed to perpetuating the memory and legacy of the 10th Battalion, The Parachute Regiment, . More information about the Friends of the Tenth can be found on their website HERE. Pytchley Potters managed to raise a grand total of £905!
